1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed by the customer (from now on referred to as “you”) with Bluewater Sweden AB (from now on referred to as “Bluewater” or “we”) at our website www.soranomame.com/eu.
In order to shop at Bluewater Sweden AB (www.soranomame.com/eu), hereinafter referred to as Bluewater or Bluewater’s website, you must be at least 18 years old. You may not be under guardianship and may not act in the capacity as a company. Your physical address must be in one of the countries to which Bluewater provides deliveries to.
When you visit our website and/or approve a transaction in our web shop, you are also accepting our Terms and Conditions, including additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via hyperlinks, and both parties are bound to these terms. The terms and conditions protect you as a consumer, so please read them carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us.
You will find the most recent version of our Terms and Conditions on this page. We reserve the right to at any time change and replace our Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you. We will post the updates on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes. The version of the Terms and Conditions that apply to your order are those available on this page when you place your order.
Our aim at Bluewater is to ensure you benefit from an outstanding online experience, which means we do our very best to ensure our services operate seamlessly. To help us achieve this, we need to stress that you may not under any circumstances (a) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any content that may harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (b) act in a way or employ a device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Bluewater site, or which has a negative impact on the security of the site, or (c) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (such as spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, intelligent agents or the like) to navigate or search the site, or copy site content. Any user violating these and other provisions in the Bluewater terms and conditions will be barred instantly from accessing the site and their account closed.
2. ORDERING
When you have placed an order on our website and supplied us with a correct email address, you will get an order confirmation by email. If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. In this case, you will be refunded the applicable amount.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. If we need to change or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
3. PRODUCTS
The products available at Bluewater’s website may vary. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to change prices and/or descriptions without prior notice to you. We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and attributes of our products. What you see will however be affected by your computer system and we cannot guarantee that the colors you see are correct.
4. PRICES
All prices on www.soranomame.com/eu are in EUR and include VAT. The prices do not include a delivery charge. The cost for the delivery is clearly shown in the shopping cart and checkout and described under Delivery and shipping below.
5. PAYMENT
We use PayPal for payments on www.soranomame.com/eu. You can read more about PayPal’s different payment options and terms here. Bluewater reserves the right to deny any purchase.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping is free when you place an order with an order amount over 44.90 EUR. If the order amount is less than 44.90 EUR, a shipping fee of 9.9 EUR will be added. If you wish to order mora than 30 bottles at one time, please contact us at customerservice@soranomame.com for assistance.
Before you place your order on our website, you will be informed about the delivery details. You will also receive a confirmation via email that includes the expected delivery time. Bluewater endeavors to process and dispatch all orders as fast as possible. If you place your order before 11 PM CET and all items on the order are in stock, the order will be processed and shipped the same day (this does not apply to official vacation days, such as Christmas Day, for example).
We use DHL as transport partner and your package will be delivered to the DHL service point closest to your address. When the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. Included in the email is a tracking link, allowing you to track your delivery. Normal delivery time is 2-7 working days. For certain locations and in times of extra demand such as during holiday periods, the delivery may take somewhat longer. In the highly unlikely event that the delivery takes longer that 30 days, you may cancel your order. Please note that due to the current Corona 19 pandemic and resulting lockdowns, delivery time can be longer than 2-7 days. Local DHL service points may also be unable to receive shipments due to heavy demand, which may result in your item being returned to us. This is beyond our control although we will do our best to help resolve any such issue.
When your order is ready to be collected from the service point, you will receive a notification from DHL. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service department.
7. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS
When shopping at Bluewater’s website you may cancel or return your order within 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have already been charged for the ordered items, you will receive a refund of the order value minus a return fee of 12 EUR. The refund will be done using the same payment method that you have used when placing your order. We will provide the refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence that you have sent back the items.
If you want to cancel or return your order, please contact customer service on returns@soranomame.com and you will be provided with the return label. Please use the pre-printed return form in your parcel and send it back to us together with the returned items. More information about how to proceed with a return can be found here and on the return form in your parcel.
The item(s) must be returned to us within the 30-day return period mentioned above. The item(s) must be returned in an unchanged condition and in the original packaging. Bluewater has the right to make a reduction in value if the product that is returned is in a worse condition.
If you want to change an item, you do this by returning it to us and then ordering the desired item at www.soranomame.com/eu.
Bluewater uses Euro as our currency. What this means for you is that we do not assume responsibility for currency fluctuations when we issue refunds to a credit or debit card that uses another currency other than Euro and we do not refund bank charges, which remain your responsibility.
8. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. When your item is delivered to your delivery point, you have 7 days to collect it. If this is not done, the package will be sent back to us and a fee of 30 EUR will be charged. This corresponds to the cost of the return shipping and handling.
9. COMPLAINTS
If you have received a defective item, you can make a complaint. This must be reported to Bluewater within 7 days after you have received the goods. Contact our customer service at complaints@soranomame.com and we will assist you. Please include your order number and a picture of the product for faster handling. For any products deemed defective, we will provide a full return including the return fee.
All the provisions set out in this document do not impact any statutory rights that may be applicable.´
10. PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY
When you place an order, you agree that we store and use your personal information in our business. You can read Bluewater’s privacy policy here. Our privacy policy describes how we store and use your personal data. We also explain the rights that apply to you as a customer.
11. RESERVATION
Bluewater reserves the right for any errors in price and product information, final sales, incorrect stock balance and technical problems. We reserve the right to correct or update information in retrospect as well as to cancel incorrect or incomplete orders.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disasters, transport disruptions, labor disputes, import prohibitions, etc. or equivalent circumstances that are beyond our control, Bluewater is released from all obligations regarding contracts entered into without any obligation to pay damages. Should this be longer than two months, both Bluewater and you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
13. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Bluewater’s liability concerning any matter which by law could be considered unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability from.
Bluewater accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by either our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We additionally accept liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. In the event of a breach of these Terms, Bluewater shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of any such breach.
Bluewater is not responsible for indirect losses which may be considered a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms which are due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on soranomame.com is limited to the total price of your order.
We would like to notify you that if you have a problem with a Bluewater product that you have purchased from us online, and were unable to settle the complaint with us, then you may submit your complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform known as the “ODR platform”.
The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU the opportunity to endeavor to reach an out-of-court settlement for online purchase complaints. Designed as a user-friendly and interactive website, this single entry point is available in all EU official languages and free to use. Using the ODR platform, a consumer or trader can find a dispute resolution body and then go through the process of finding a solution to the consumer’s complaint. 14. WARRANTY
Bluewater trades in line with all statutory guarantee regulations, which encompasses defects in the goods you have purchased from us. Please notify us without delay of any complaint you may have regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults, including damage that may have occurred during transportation, and return such goods to us immediately using the pre-printed return form provided.

15. ASSIGNMENT
Bluewater reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
16. SEVERANCE
In the event that any specific Bluewater terms and/or conditions are disallowed or deemed to be ineffective by a court or national regulatory authority, all other terms shall continue to apply.
17. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at soranomame.com are the sole property of Bluewater Sweden AB and its subsidiaries or licensors. Unless permission is granted by ourselves at Bluewater in writing, it is prohibited to use any soranomame.com contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use.
